Malo le soifua – benedizioni a tutti. I am Manurewa born and raised with Samoan and Italian ancestry, and my grandparents hail from Safotu, Apia, and Caneva in Northern Italy.
I am a husband, father, and someone who is driven by faith to do this work. My pathway to becoming a registered psychologist was through studying health psychology at the University of Auckland.
Since registering in 2014, I’ve worked across Auckland in primary mental health and addiction (MHA) settings, specialist diabetes clinics, and private practice. In a previous role I helped pilot and implement integrated primary MHA services across New Zealand’s largest independent primary health organisation.
I have special clinical and research interests in sport psychology and diabetes.
